This five-day, 60% hands on program takes the person from the point of knowing absolutely nothing about fiber to the point where the individual can install, splice, connectorize, test, troubleshoot and document a fiber optic system. And all done to industry standards.

This three-day course started in January, 2001 as the result of more than a year of development. The quick acceptance by industry people who specify, design, install and inspect Network Cabling Systems has been gratifying. The seminar also will discuss the electrical problems, solutions and facilities required in the modern building to support the networks of today and tomorrow. All standards and codes involved with an installation from the point where it leaves the pole till it reaches the desk are included.
